The concept of Rawasen project is comprised of the MAIN CORE which consists of the service center and facilities including the mosques, out-patient clinic and schools.
The main spine in the residential sector is about four main different nodes (the circle node-the square node-the elipse node and the rotated square node). In each node there is a seating area and a children playground acting as the recreational part of the complex. These four main nodes are connected by a Pedestrian Spine interupted by a Green Spine giving a liveable spirit for the residents and children.
